You can ask us to permanently delete your Aazma account and everything connected to it — your uploaded selfies, garment photos, and generated renders. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need the app installed, to make this request.

What gets deleted

Your uploaded selfies and garment photos.
All AI-generated renders stored in your account.
Your account profile (name, email/phone, preferences).
Your try-on history.

What we must keep, and why

Payment & GST invoice records	Retained as required by Indian tax law (typically up to 8 years). These contain transaction details, not your photos.
Anonymised, aggregate logs	Cannot be linked back to you; used only to keep the service running.

How it works & how long it takes

Send the request using the button above (or WhatsApp).
We confirm you own the account.
Your photos and renders are deleted, and your account is closed, within 7 days.
We email you a confirmation once it's done.

Note: uploaded selfies and garment photos are automatically deleted within 30 days even if you do nothing.
